Welcome to Mama T’s Sweet Spot. By placing an order, visiting our website, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. We keep things straightforward, fair, and rooted in good faith.

1. Who We Are

Mama T’s Sweet Spot operates as a catering service offering homemade sweet and savory options. We serve our community with love, a sprinkle of nostalgia, and a whole lot of flavor.

2. Use of Our Services

You agree to use our products and services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment.

3. Orders & Payments

Availability: All items are subject to availability and may change based on season, demand, or ingredient supply.

Special Orders & Lead Times: Custom and pre-orders may require advance notice and/or a deposit.

Custom Cakes: 48-hour minimum notice

Specialty Cakes: 7 days (special toppers, intricate designs, complex flavors)

Wedding Cakes: 4–6 months

Ice Cream Service: 30 days

Payments: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments. Full payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Sales Tax

Mama T’s Sweet Spot charges sales tax on applicable products based on the current sales tax rate for the State of Vermont.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations: Orders may be canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund, unless otherwise stated for custom or large orders.

Refunds: Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are provided only if an item is incorrect or damaged upon receipt. Photos may be required to process a refund request.

No-Show Policy: Failure to pick up an order or attend a scheduled service without notice may result in forfeiture of payment.

6. Allergen Notice

Our products are made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens including dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, and wheat. While we follow strict sanitation practices, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and branding—including logos, product names, images, and designs—is the property of Mama T’s Sweet Spot and may not be used, copied, or distributed without written permission.

8. Photos & Media Use

All photos of our products and events on this website are owned by Mama T’s Sweet Spot or used with permission. If you or your event appear in any photos, by participating you consent to their use on our website, social media, or promotional materials. Do not reuse photos without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mama T’s Sweet Spot shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or consumption of our products or services. Consumption of our products is at your own risk.
